个人简介
冯旭东,长聘副教授(特别研究员),博士生导师。2014年在奥克兰大学(新西兰)获工学博士学位,同年加入新葡萄8883官网AMG做师资博士后(合作导师为李春教授),出站后留校任教。目前担任新葡萄8883官网AMG生物化工研究所副所长、生物化工学科方向责任教授。研究领域包括生物催化与酶工程合成生物学,研究内容主要包括植物天然产物合成与改性过程中关键酶的挖掘、改造及工程化应用。2019年入选北京市科技新星计划。担任《Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering》青年编委、《合成生物学》编委。
研究领域和方向
研究领域:(1)生物催化与酶工程;(2)合成生物学。 研究方向:以植物天然产物合成过程中关键酶的挖掘、工程化改造及应用为主要研究内容,利用蛋白质结构解析结合计算机模拟技术,研究酶的结构和功能之间的构效关系;通过蛋白质工程手段对酶的稳定性、活性、底物特异性等方面进行分子改造,获得满足工业化需求的高效酶制剂;通过构建无细胞催化体系或微生物细胞工厂高效合成植物天然产物,利用生化反应工程及代谢工程的策略对生物转化过程进行强化,为实现其产业化提供理论指导。 目前指导在读博士生4人、硕士生8人,已毕业博士生2人、硕士生6人。团队经费充裕,科研氛围良好,每年有1名博士生、2-3名硕士生招生指标,欢迎志同道合的学生加盟本团队,通过科研的磨练升华自己!
