个人简介

主要研究方向:1)金属蛋白研究工具的开发;2)构建人工金属酶,实现新反应; 3)金属酶反应机理的研究。在国内外学术刊物上发表学术论文20余篇,主持自然科学基金等项目,入选首批中国科协“青年人才托举工程”。


研究领域和方向

主要从事酶工程与化学生物学研究,围绕金属酶催化反应机理不明确,电子传递路径及还原蛋白不清楚的科学问题,通过发展非天然氨基酸进行蛋白质理性设计的研究工具,设计构建激活氧气的血红素蛋白以及参与电子传递的含铜蛋白,并探究反应机理。前期工作中以肌红蛋白为骨架,构建了细胞色素c氧化酶的模型蛋白;基于模型蛋白,研究了关键残基的作用、表征了氧气激活过程中的反应中间体,阐述天然蛋白的机理和电子传递过程;通过电子传递的优化,在国际上首次在人工设计的金属酶中实现了超过天然酶的酶活。
